(Infection Control Measures For Appointments)

 

The English and Welsh government has now removed the requirement for face masks in healthcare settings. Masks is now optional at our clinic (September 2022)

However:
 

1. IF YOU OR SOMEONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAS COVID-19 SYMPTOMS (fever/ cough/ shortness of breath) PLEASE DON’T ATTEND THE CLINIC UNTIL YOU ARE SYMPTOM FREE AND HAVE COMPLETED ISOLATION OR TESTED NEGATIVE.
    

2. We ask you to please NOT arrive early for your appointment. Please wait nearby/ in your car and enter the clinic on your appointment time. Welcome area seating has been reduced and distanced to help this. All furniture is wiped clean.
    

3. Please wear a face mask/ covering to your appointment, otherwise we will need to supply you with a mask at the cost of £1. 
    

4. Pay with card if possible, cash payments can be taken at this time. 
   (We have a contactless card reader available).
    

5. All clinicians will be wearing the appropriate PPE on a case by case basis
