Please read below for the infection control/social distancing measures we have put in place.
Urgent Care Criteria
We have the capacity to see patients with an urgent need for care. By urgent, we mean:
Anyone with worsening symptoms/intolerable pain levels, which have not reduced with home exercises or self-management techniques (ice/heat/over the counter medication etc.).
If your symptoms would cause you to otherwise see a GP, visit A&E or a walk-in centre.
Anyone who cannot be adequate assessed through online consultations.
- If you meet this criteria please get in touch –
or if you are not sure please send us an e-mail.
How are we looking after you safely?
(Infection Control Measures For Appointments)
IF YOU OR SOMEONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAS COVID-19 SYMPTOMS (fever/ cough/ shortness of breath) PLEASE DON’T ATTEND THE CLINIC UNTIL YOU ARE SYMPTOM FREE AND HAVE COMPLETED ISOLATION.
We are ‘distancing’ appointments – your chiropractor will not see a patient directly before or after your appointment. This helps to reduce footfall in the clinic and gives us time to perform the necessary cleaning.
We ask you to please NOT arrive early for your appointment. Please wait nearby/ in your car and enter the clinic on your appointment time. Welcome area seating has been reduced and distanced to help this. All furniture is wiped clean.
Please wear a face mask/ covering to your appointment, otherwise we will need to supply you with a mask at the cost of £1.
No cash payments will be taken at this time, we have a contactless card reader available.
All chiropractors will be wearing a face shield, surgical masks, scrubs, disposable gloves and aprons.
If you have any other questions or would like some further guidance, please get in touch with us at:
In the meantime, we hope that you and your families stay safe and healthy and we will see you soon.
