Rosa is a qualified and licensed Sports Massage Therapist. Having trained in the gym for over 10 years, and helping others do the same working as a Personal Trainer since 2018, Rosa has developed a very good understanding of the way the body functions. Since having treatments for her own injuries and witnessing how essential massage was for her own physical endurance and performance she decided to further her knowledge through study.
After qualifying in early 2021, she has committed herself to enhancing movement using a variety of techniques tailored to an individual’s needs. Through using these techniques she can help individuals ease muscle tightness, reduce pain and stress by improving circulation of the blood and lymph, as well as improving tissue health through breaking down adhesion's and welcoming balance to the body in order to enhance day to day quality of life.
Rosa treats an array of people from athletes to office workers, as anyone can benefit from this form of therapy.
