She holds a diploma in yoga teaching from Yogacampus which required over 200 hours of practical and academic study, accredited by the Yoga Alliance and the Independent Yoga Network.
She is passionate about helping others to discover the transformative power of yoga. Her classes focus on alignment and strength building to assist recovery, moving with the breath as a means to connect the mind and body to promote a greater sense of wellbeing.
